adequate, but some issues noted
poor service inconvenient response
the front desk experience was not ideal. i asked for a little milk for my tea. the staff member directed me to a convenience store two blocks away instead of offering assistance. this lack of small accommodation soured my stay a bit, especially given the readily available creamers at breakfast.

Excellent stay near everything
queen beds fresh items helpful staff
The room had two queen beds. It was spacious. Breakfast included many choices, and the hot items were always fresh. The staff was very friendly and helpful, always smiling.
The air conditioning unit was quite old and somewhat noisy. It worked intermittently.

The location is SUPERB! It's close to many sites that are easily accessible by walking, and this made exploring simple. The hotel is near the ferry terminal. This feature helps people without a car.

There's undercover parking available, and this detail provides peace of mind. I noticed the whole place was clean. I enjoyed the experience. The room also came equipped with a refrigerator.

The breakfast included many options, and it was quite good. I especially enjoyed the hot items. There was a large assortment of food items including fruit.
